COVID-19 Updates

The COVID-19 pandemic has affected many industries all over the world. While we are still able to operate online despite the cancellation of many events in Singapore, we have been affected badly by shipping delays. This includes a delay in restocking our purrchandise as well as us getting your orders out to you. Please take a little time to read the information below, especially if you are making an international order. We will try to keep this page as updated as possible.
Local Pop-ups & Art Markets
Due to strict Safe Distancing measures enforced by our local government, all large scale events and gatherings have been postponed/cancelled until further notice. Due to this, we will not be accepting self pick-up of any form outside until the situation improves.
Local Delivery
Depending on the amount of orders, we will only be dispatching mails once to twice a week during this period. Please also expect delays in shipping time of up to 5-7 working days. Our delivery partners, SingPost and Ninja Van are working hard during this overwhelming period to get your orders out to you.
International Shipping
We will only be mailing out international orders once a week during this period. The cut-off time for each week’s batch will be on Thursday 7pm, Singapore Time. Due to significant reduction in air freight capacity and frequency to and from Singapore to all international destinations, please also expect substantial delays in receiving your order after it has been dispatched.
Our local postal office has also recently suspended their service to a number of countries. Please refer to the full updated list here. If you are from any of the countries listed, you may still be able to place an order, but we will not be able to ship them out to you until service resumes. If you have placed an order before reading this notice, we can either hold the items for you, or offer you a full refund. We can also hold on to your order should there be any postal service disruption in your country, and only mail them out upon your request.
Returns
Due to the pandemic, we are extending our return policy from 7 days to 14 days for local orders and 14 days to 30 days for international orders from the date of purchase. We regret that no exchanges or refunds will be entertained after the specified duration. Our standard T&C for returns still apply.
Safety & Hygiene
Although the coronavirus has been estimated to only live on surfaces such as cardboard and plastics for up to 3 days, we still ensure maximum safety and hygiene practice by disinfecting our goods and routinely washing our hands when preparing your orders.
