Processing time
We usually require around 1-2 business days to prepare an order for shipping. Orders received on Friday will be processed the following week.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Payment options
We accept payment from all major credit cards, including PayPal and Apple Pay. Your payment information is secure. Purrballs will never receive your credit card information.
Order Cancellation
We do not allow cancellations.
Exchanges / Refunds
All items are checked prior to delivery. If your items arrive damaged, or have any defects, please contact us within 3 days upon delivery. We regret that no exchanges or refunds will be entertained after the specified duration. We will get in touch with you shortly to facilitate any exchanges or refunds.
Non-Exchangeable / Refundable Items
Because of the nature of these items, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective:
• Custom or personalised orders
• Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
